Madison Nichols, aspiring actress, is floundering. Her rent is due and she needs a job. Desperately.     Actually balled my eyes out reading some of this. Really great story line with depth and enjoyed the comedy of it as well.

    It's a well worn plot of a sham marriage to appease a sick aunt. No real sizzle to the romance. The domestic violence bit, with the female character the perpetrator, is portrayed as amusing and laughed off as an endearing strength of her character. It left me cold.

    I had to put the book down a few times to think through the shenanigans of this couple. I loved the whole story and now I’m smiling because it ended as it should, with love.
