    It's a big book that drags along a bit in parts and unfortunately (sanely) I found myself hating the protagonist for the better part of the book, I'd say until the epilogue and acknowledgements, however I still enjoyed the read. Will buy the second book if it's under $10
  • Good read, no hero

    A very good read, well worth it. If you have already seen the movie then just battle few the first few chapters as its identical to the movie. Jordan Belfort is no hero though, and if your reading this expecting to idealise the man you will be disappointed. All in all an interesting read and I would recommend to others.

  • The book is more about drugs than business deals

    Don't get me wrong, it is a good read, but if you think that the book will be about business and finances, you will be disappointed as the story is more about the his addiction to drugs, hookers and just bad habits. There are some good business insights on the book. But you will find that you will learn more about drugs than anything else. I do want to find out more about the financial and business side of thing, so I'm thinking on reading his second book. Hopefully it won't be about drug addiction as much as the first book
