    This is a fabulous book, just loved it! A roller coaster ride from start to finish. I loved the characters like Jude and the Commander and Eli was magic! Great imagination and excellent writing skills. I can't wait to read the Forgotten City and I do so hope that all the members of the Trackers will be in Book 2. I highly recommend this book.

    There is plenty to like in this nonstop, fast paced story set in an alternative world created so credibly by author, Nina D'Aleo. A fresh approach combining fantasy, sci-fi and gangsters... Brooding leaders, mercurial fae and an imp with a type of Tourette's where he frequently says the complete opposite of his intent, I'm guessing Eli could never deliberately tell a lie. Looking forward to more, thank you Nina.

    I really enjoyed this book. It was a nice surprise from the iTunes free book offer. It was difficult to get to know all the species and remember all the names but soon, I was hooked. I loved all the characters from the book! Well done!

    I do not often read sci fi so cannot comment on originality but this book grabbed me almost from the beginning and I read it in a day. It was both horrifying and poignant...peopled with amazing characters and a plethora of breeds. The plot raced at speed offering continued thrills during the chases and escapes. I look forward to the next book although this book can easily be read as a stand alone.
