    Chrissie is funny, self-deprecating and a great writer; I could also relate to many of her experiences also being a mother of 3, I really enjoyed her perspective of the world in this book. I also really enjoyed "the Circle" of which Chrissie was a vital part and always watch anything she's involved in on the telly, she's the sort of woman who'd be fabulous to have at your dinner party.

    Christies I first saw you on big brother loved you and expected you to win. Your graciousness when you didn't was a pleasure to behold. Saw you balling your eyes out on the circle because you had left Leo at childcare. You are amazing stunning to look at and I wish you were my friend.

    Almost all these stories Chrissy told in the age, Sunday magazine. So now like a fool, I've paid twice. Yes they are funny, but seriously I thought there would be more substance. Very disappointed.

    I've loved Chrissie since the circle and did really like the quirky stories. Unfortunately it didn't flow and the stories seemed mismatched and non consequential. I expected more.

    I have realised that I no longer enjoy fiction. Each time I give it a go, it invariably ends in a discarded book half way through, when the plot becomes implausible. As it so often does. Unsatisfying. I now make a beeline for autobiographies about people I find fascinating, funny or who I simply like. Anh do is one, and I loved his book. Funny, honest, heartfelt and real. Chrissie swan is another example of such qualities, and her book embodies all those things. This is a collection of stories/experiences/commentary on the hilarity of a life lived. It's really funny, will have you nodding in agreement and coming to some conclusions of your own on what happiness truly means. This book is immensely enjoyable and very well written. You will feel like you know the author when you're done, and she seems like a thoroughly great gal. Wonderful!
