Mandy Smith was born and raised in Hartlepool, England. She worked in the office of the engineering department for Virgin Atlantic before she took to the skies in 1999 and started a twelve-year career of jet-setting around the globe. These days, she lives in West Sussex with Mr Right and is a full-time mother to their daughter.

Nicola Stow has been a journalist since 2000 and has worked for several national UK newspapers, including the News of the World.

    The partying stories became a bit repetitive. I thought the book had room for more of the in-air happenings, but not a bad read.
  • Interesting but more about her finding love

    This was an entertaining, interesting book but way more about the author finding love than airlines and what goes on. All the airline stories focused on partying. Entertaining but won't really learn too much about what really happens on an airline than what you imagine happens, I.e. Gossip behind curtains, spitting in food, shopping and drinking between trips.... Fun read, perfect for a day by the pool or beach or to get you inspired for a big night out.

    Fantastic book, very well written. Interesting to hear what really happened in the life of an international flight attendant. Lots of great stories, a must read!
