    This book is one of the most compelling and interesting novels I have ever read. Told from the perspective of a 7 year old child and those around her. The essence of childhood and old age is captured in a whimsical and thought provoking way. I was delighted to read such an honest and in depth portrayal. And like any true art, there's pleasure and entertainment, which allows us to process issues that normally are rarely discussed; Death, dying, abandonment, human frailties, discrimination and the power to endure. All in a witty light style that kept me turning the page.

    Beautifully written: sweet, funny, touching, moving and honest. Wonderfully descriptive, charming characters. This book would be perfect subject matter for an Australian film. I couldn't put it down. I loved it!!

    Lost and Found was one of the most amazing books I have ever read. A sad, touching and beautiful novel written in an extraordinary new way. I thought this book would be more for adults, but I enjoyed it as a 13 year old. ☺️ The only downside to this book was that there was some talk of things such as intimacy, but there is talk of that in every book these days. A must read!
