    This is a fantastic resource and a great introduction to Benesh Movement Notation for someone with a ballet background. I have absolutely no background at all in Benesh Movement Notation but found this resource the perfect starting point to learn some basics. The information was paced just right and the interface was very user friendly and fun to use, and proved a very effective way of learning some of the basic building blocks of BMN. I would not hesitate to recommend this as a very useful tool for anyone just starting their BMN journey. I look forward to progressing to the next step.Thanks for the great resource.
